Throughout his long career, at Hyderally & AssociatesTy Hyderally esq. Through his practice, Hyderally & Associates in Montclair, New Jersey, Ty Hyderally litigates on behalf of those who are covered by the local New Jersey Law against Discrimination (LAD). In addition, he also counsels businesses and employees to ensure that New Jersey citizens fully comply with the New Jersey Family Leave Act (NJFLA).
As part of Ty's efforts to educate employees about their rights, he regularly speaks to employees and employers at legal events sponsored by the American Bar Association, the Institute for Continuing Legal Education, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America-NJ among others. His primary objective is to raise awareness among business owners, corporate management and their employees regarding employment law matters. By informing these groups about their respective rights and responsibilities, Ty hopes to eliminate discriminatory or illegal methods in the workplace.
A longtime advocate for the rights of the worker, employment law attorney Ty Hyderally was born in Sri Lanka and grew up in London prior to emigrating to the United States. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from Johns Hopkins University, Ty was awarded a Juris Doctor from the University of California at Berkeley. Shortly thereafter, Ty started his legal career in the US Navy as a criminal trial lawyer in the Judge Advocate General’s Office before returning to New Jersey to go into private practice. Before opening his own law firm, Ty worked at a number of prominent New Jersey law practices.
During COVID-19 pandemic Ty Hyderally has been offering help and advice to people who lost their jobs due to workplace discrimination. Ty provides videos and blogs with tips and legal advice to help people who find themselves unemployed due to injustice reasons.

After working in the district attorney's office in Kings County, New York, Larry Sass has spent the bulk of his time on business law as a civil litigator dealing with trials, appeals and settlements. At the same time, Larry still maintains his criminal law practice. On account of his diverse legal background, Larry occupies a unique position as a business attorney who is also an experienced trial lawyer and courtroom advocate.
In recent years, Larry has carved out a niche as outside general legal counsel for companies of all different sizes. During a typical day, Larry assists businesses across a broad range of topics including day-to-day legal questions, business liabilities, reviewing contracts and representation in business disputes. As a result, Larry has become a bona fide asset to the business community by providing practical business advice on-call and as needed for both developing and well-established organizations.
Before receiving his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law, Larry Sass earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University. Soon thereafter, Larry began working as a prosecutor in the Kings County (Brooklyn, NY) District Attorney’s Office. During this time, his experience included presenting evidence to grand juries, litigating felony hearings and trials, authoring appellate briefs and handling all types of criminal cases, including murders. In addition, for five years Larry concentrated on long-term investigations and white-collar crimes, initially as a Supervising Assistant District Attorney in the Economic Crimes and Arson Bureau and later as Counsel to the Public Corruption Bureau.
